Data controller

What data is processed
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email and the message itself.
In addition, when you use the form, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam service receives your IP address and technical data from your browser to check that you are a person and not an automated program.
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to handle your enquiry or proposal (for example, a project). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties for other purposes. To provide the service, providers acting on behalf of the controller are involved: Resend (sending the email), Cloudflare (anti-spam), Vercel (site hosting and running the form) and the email provider where the message is received.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). These transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards they offer: standard contractual clauses or EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification.
Retention
This site does not store messages in any database. The message reaches an email inbox and is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods for possible liabilities. Providers may keep technical delivery logs with the retention they set.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to vrodrigo@gmail.com. If you believe they have not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site does not use its own cookies, nor analytics or advertising cookies. When you interact with the form, the Cloudflare Turnstile script is loaded, which may use technical browser storage strictly necessary for the anti-spam check.
